Q: How do I request a quote? Browse any service tab (Licenses, Hourly, Resources, Build, Integrations, Training, or Support), tap "Select" on the package you want, then tap the floating "View my package" button to submit your request.
Q: How do I book a consultation? Tap any "Book a free call" button in the app. This opens Calendly in your browser where you can schedule a 30-minute call with a BLUGIG Smartsheet expert.
Q: Do I need a Smartsheet account to use OneSMAR? No. OneSMAR is a service discovery and quote request tool. No Smartsheet subscription is required.
Q: How do I delete my data? Your name and email are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app removes all local data. To request deletion of any quote submissions, email us at [email protected].
Q: The AI chat isn't responding. The Ask AI feature requires an internet connection. Please check your connection and try again.
