OneSMAR is a mobile application owned and operated by BLUGIG Global LLC ("BLUGIG", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your data.

When you use OneSMAR, we may collect the following information:

Information you provide directly:

• Name — entered when requesting a quote or booking a consultation
• Email address — entered when requesting a quote or booking a consultation
• Phone number (optional) — entered on quote request forms
• Service selections — the packages and configurations you select when requesting a quote

Information collected automatically:

• Anonymous usage data — screen views, app opens, and session data collected through Firebase Analytics. This data is not linked to your identity and does not include advertising identifiers.

1. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To process and deliver your quote requests to the BLUGIG sales team via email
• To enable you to book consultations through Calendly
• To understand how users interact with the app and improve the experience (via anonymous Firebase Analytics)

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or behavioral targeting.

1. How We Share Your Information

• Quote submissions (name, email, phone, selected packages) are transmitted to the BLUGIG team via SMTP email. No user data is stored in a third-party database.
